Treatment of cystitisGlandularis with transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection and transurethralinjecton of pirarubicin to the the pedicle of cystitis glandularis (a report of 42 cases)
Objectives To evaluate the safety, efficacy and morbidity of transurethral plasmakinetic electrova-perization or electroreseetion and transurethralinjeeton of pirarubicin to the the pedicle of cystitis glandularis. Methods Solution of pirarubicin was injected to the pedicle of cystitis glandularis with a special needle, then cys-titis glandularis was carried out. Results All 42 patients were followed up after operafian, symptom of 41 patients were fully eliminated wall of urinary bladder was smooth with B-type uhrasonography and bladder mucosa was nor-real with cystoscopy and without positive finding by biopsy. 1 patients were recurred at 6 months respectively. Con-clusions Transurethral plasmakinetic e]ectrovaporizatian or electroresection combined with pirarubicin injection are simple,effective and safe surgery for the treatment of cystitisglandularis.
