Objectives To summarize the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of incomplete duplicate ureter associate with stone. Methods Collecting 7 cases with incomplete duplicate ureter associate with stone, all patients received B ultrasound and IVP check, one received MRU check,one received retrograde urography check; one case treated with ESWL, one received the resection of duplicate ureter and kidney, five cases treated with pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy. Results 7 cases was diagnosed clearly preoperation; the stone were removed successfully; all patients were followed-up from 1 month to 2years, there was no stone recurrence and the suffering renal function recovered in varying degree after operation. Conclusions The incomplete duplicate ureter malformation could be diagnosed by B ultrasound and IVP check, if the function of upper kidney was poor, MRU or retrograde urography could be taken; the treatment should choose the method with minimally invasive and maximun protection of the renal function.
