Objectives To observe the efficacy of retention enema of AiXiTe and oral AiXiTe for patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods 70 patients with CRF were divided into two groups randomly. 36 Patients in the control group were treated with oral AiXiTe alone,34 patients in the therapy group were treated with retention enema of AiXiTe and oral AiXiTe. To observe blood Bun,Scr,UA and Hb,TP,ALb before and after therapy. Results Blood Bun, Scr, UA after therapy displayed significantly lower in therapy group than that of control group ( p < 0.05). Conclusions The rentention enema of AiXiTe and oral AiXiTe displays significantly better efficacy than oral AiXiTe alone for patients with CRF
