Objectives To explore the efficacy and safety of sacral nerve neuromodulation (SNM) through the second sacral nerve (S2) in the treatment of sexual dysfunction,voiding dysfunction and defecation disorders.Methods one patient with sexual dysfunction,voiding dysfunction and defecation disorders received S2.The therapeutic efficacy and safety were evaluated by the score criterion of quality of life,erectile function score,voiding diaries and constipation score.Results The patient had an obvious improvement of sexual function,there was a significant difference between preoperaton and operation.The patient also had an obvious improvement of voiding function and defecation disorders.Conclusions S2 had an obvious improvement in the treatment of sexual dysfunction and also had an effect on voiding dysfunction and defecation disorders.But more cases were needed.
