Abstract:To explore the relationship and safety between the duration of actetracaine adrenergic injection and the analgesic effect of anaesthesia in the operation of cervical LEEP loop electrotomy. The clinical data of 120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINI II) diagnosed and treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into 0-30 second group, 30-60 second group, 60-90 second group, 90-120 second group, 120-150 second group and 150-180 second group by single blind method. Observe and compare the clinical effects of hemostasis and analgesia in 6 groups, and compare the adverse reactions after administration. LEEP injection after 120-180 seconds has good intraoperative hemostasis and analgesic effect in the operation of cervical LEEP loop electrotomy, which has reference value for the clinical application of this drug.
