    摘要:

    脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)作为组织工程材料中最为重要的种子细胞,被广泛应用于骨缺损修复的实验研究中。单独应用脂肪干细胞,因其自身成脂特性较强,无法满足骨缺损修复的需要,通过复合不同因子及生物技术而制成的组织工程材料可以很好的解决这一问题。目前以ADSCs为“种子细胞”的骨组织工程支架种类繁多,但尚无文章进行总结。因此,本文总结近年来中外研究所报道的此类骨组织工程支架,并对其优缺点进行深入总结,为今后临床骨缺损的治疗提供依据。

    Abstract:

    Adipogenic mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs), as the most important seed cells in tissue engineering materials, have been widely used in the experimental research of bone defect repair. ADSCs alone cannot meet the needs of bone defect repair due to their strong lipid formation. However,tissue engineering materials made by compounding different factors and biotechnology can solve this problem well. At present, there are many kinds of bone tissue engineering scaffolds using ADSCs as “seed cells”, but there is no paper to summarize. Therefore, this paper summarizes the recent reports of bone tissue engineering scaffolds reported by Chinese and foreign research institutes, and further summarizes their advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide a basis for the treatment of bone defect in the future.
